Kit dispatch

In-stock speaker kits ship within one business day of your order. This is the dispatch time; standard delivery normally takes 4–10 business days after dispatch, including international orders.

Destinations and delivery

Standard kit shipping is free to our supported destinations in Australia, New Zealand and internationally. Available destinations and shipping options for your address are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or carrier delays. Check the product page for current stock and any stated restock information. Sold-out kits are not covered by the one-business-day dispatch promise.

Delivered kit pricing

For Emanate 4, Emanate 4c, Emanate 6 and Supersonic Mk3 kits, prices labelled “delivered” include shipping, import taxes and customs duties. No import charges on delivery.

This applies to delivery addresses supported at checkout in Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States and these EU countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Select your delivery country to see the applicable price. The delivered-price promise applies to these physical kits and destinations.

Other international destinations

For kit deliveries outside the delivered-price destinations listed above: Shipping included. Import taxes, duties and carrier clearance fees may be payable on arrival. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the kit price.

Digital files

Digital files are emailed after checkout. Digital plans do not include a physical shipment. For kits, the files are delivered digitally and the included parts are shipped separately.
